A new on-demand ridesharing service from the Los Angeles Country Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Metro Micro offers point-to-point transportation within the area surrounding the USC Aviation Safety and Security Program offices and classrooms.  This area, shown in the below map, includes numerous hotels, shopping, restaurants, bike trails, Dockweiler Beach, Hawthorne Municipal Airport, and SoFi Stadium.  Metro Micro also connects to the LAX City Bus Center and the El Segundo, Mariposa, Aviation, and Hawthorne/Lennox Metro Rail stations.

Metro Micro operates in the LAX/Inglewood service area from 5 AM to 9 PM every day; ideal for rides to and from class, to lunch at local restaurants, errands, and personal trips after class and on weekends.

Metro Micro does not provide direct service to or from the LAX terminal loop.  LAX does offer free shuttles to and from the LAX City Bus Center and Aviation Metro Rail Station, which are serviced by Metro Micro 

Metro Micro currently offers an introductory fare of $1 per passenger, and one person may book a ride for up to five passengers.  You may book a ride via an app, website, or phone.  Please watch the below video for more information.
